1.负责服务器下层散热类物料（液冷、风扇、散热器等）供应商的开发、管理及绩效评估；
2.负责服务器下层物料全生命周期管理，包括 Kick off、NPI、MP、EOL 各阶段的采购商务管理，及相关团队的沟通协作；
3.负责下层物料与自研服务器整机的衔接配合；
4.负责采购项目运作及商务管理，包括进度管理、需求管理、商务谈判、价格管理、合同管理、供应管理及执行过程中的问题管理；
5.参与采购策略的制订及实施；
6.落实采购成本控制目标，降低综合采购成本；
7.收集、分析市场及行业相关信息，为采购决策提供依据。
