Your Role
Shaping the digital and operational backbone of distribution across one of the world's most dynamic regions, you will serve as the business-side design authority for end-to-end distribution processes, technology enablement, and data governance across APAC. In this pivotal role, you will own process design and standardization, drive ERP and digital solution enablement, and lead a structured proof-of-concept pipeline that validates initiatives before regional scale-up. Working across business, IT, data, quality, procurement, and external partners, you will convert operational challenges into practical, measurable, and scalable improvements. You will build the reporting and analytics foundation that gives APAC Distribution a trusted, single source of truth, and ensure every solution you shape is operationally viable, data enabled, compliant, and ready for adoption.
Who You Are
You bring:
A degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
7 or more years of experience in distribution or supply chain operations, process excellence, supply chain technology, or digital enablement, including demonstrated exposure to multi country or multi site environments.
Proven ability to translate operational needs into practical process, data, and technology solutions, with hands on experience in ERP implementation or significant process transformation in a distribution context (SAP SD, MM, EWM, or TM preferred).
Strong process engineering and operational excellence capability, including Lean and Six Sigma methods, process mapping, and value stream analysis; a Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
Solid understanding of data governance fundamentals, including master data, data quality, data ownership, and KPI definition, combined with hands on analytics skills using SQL and Power BI or Tableau (Python is advantageous).
Ability to evaluate and shape technology solutions involving automation, robotics, AI/ML, supply chain visibility platforms, and serialization or cold chain monitoring.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across cultures, functions, and seniority levels without direct authority; professional proficiency in English is required.
