The role is responsible for managing laboratory
equipment, calibration, test records, and quality assurance activities to
support compliance with ISO/NABL/OPGW requirements. Additionally, the position
contributes to continuous improvement, corrective actions and audit support.
Requirements, Skills
& Competencies
Diploma or degree with 5–10 years of experience in testing
laboratory, quality assurance, or product testing environment, NPD support
(OFC/OPGW preferred). Knowledge of IMS standards (ISO 9001,14001, 45001, IEC
17025, NABL accreditation) and audit processes. Experience in handling
calibration systems, vendor development, and third-party inspections.
Proficiency in quality measurement tools related to OFC,
OPGW, FRP & IGFR, NABL activities coordination and communication skills.
Leadership in driving
quality improvement initiatives and audit compliance, Accountability and
ownership NABL related quality documentation.
