What are we looking for?
1.了解渠道变革，经销商行业发展趋势，有经销商管理经验。
2.具备一定销售经验，熟悉不同渠道生意特性，具备良好的生意逻辑。有RTM或者TM经验为更佳
3.有敏锐市场洞察力，较强数据处理能力，分析总结能力及输出能力
4.具备跨部门沟通协作能力
5.有强烈的责任心，进取心和个人发展意愿
6.本科或以上学历，有意愿在大区销售职能发展岗位上长期发展；
7.五年以上快速消费品相关销售工作经验（侧重经销商管理工作经验）
What will be your key responsibilities?
1.设计华南区域多层级城市经销商网络覆盖体系，包括 H/T（乡镇）及 S-DTR（次级分销商）独家经销商模式，并推动落地执行。
2.建立华南区域经销商能力发展体系，支撑业务可持续增长。
3.搭建并试点华南区域 KN 经销商覆盖模型，为区域推广复制提供指导。
4.复盘前12大城市业务发展现状，验证并推广超大城市（Mega City）业务模式，实现更深度、更强劲及更可持续的增长。
