MS-SPC Business Development Manager-Guangzhou

Job Description:
This position is responsible for leading the execution of the Retail Plan for the area, including both distribution and merchandising at retail & wholesale level. Responsible for people development, coaching and performance management this role will ensure compliance and delivery of coverage allocation and plans to meet and or exceed retail objectives at the point of sale.

What will be your key responsibilities?
•挖掘玛氏休闲食品在大湾区特渠的机会点和合作机会, 如企事业单位、油站、婚庆、交通枢纽、婚庆、封闭渠道等；
•配合公司销售指标制定合作方案，推动合作落地；
•负责辖下销售预测、制定销售计划，确保销售目标达成;
•分析和洞察外部市场趋势及客户痛点，基于客户需求推动内部跨部门合作，如联合产品、供应链团队为客户定制一体化方案，跟进订单、物流及售后全流程，保障合作体验；
•辅导团队成员进行日常客户维护和新开，不断提升团队业绩;
