Manager, Machine Learning Operations & Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Machine Learning Operations & Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will oversee the design and delivery of scalable machine learning operations solutions that support production-grade environments and business-critical outcomes. You will lead a team of ML engineers, Data Engineers, and DevOps specialists while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate ML and cloud capabilities effectively. The position also plays a key role in strengthening deployment practices, data infrastructure, and resilience across the organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $115,000 – $175,000 annually
Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end machine learning operational solutions.
Lead and develop a team of ML engineers, Data Engineers, and DevOps specialists.
Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of ML and cloud technologies.
Implement best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD and security by design.
Drive cloud technologies for ML model training and deployment optimization.
Own development and maintenance of robust data pipelines.
Lead efforts in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field; M.S. preferred.
3+ years managing high-performing software development teams with 5+ direct reports.
2+ years of experience with Platform Engineering teams.
6+ years deploying Java, JavaScript, and Python solutions.
3+ years in machine learning engineering with a focus on production environments.
3+ years managing data infrastructure and pipelines; Data Mesh experience is a plus.
3+ years in multi-cloud deployment using AWS and Azure.
