We are looking for a technically capable and proactive Business Analyst – Product & Delivery who can translate business requirements into well-defined product solutions and take ownership of successful delivery.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional documentation-only Business Analyst role. You will work at the intersection of customers, product management, UX, engineering, QA, and delivery.
The ideal candidate can independently understand business problems, prepare development-ready specifications, create UX prototypes using AI-powered tools, investigate product issues, coordinate development, and drive features through successful release.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Requirements & Product Documentation
Gather and analyse business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
Define user journeys, workflows, use cases, edge cases, and exception scenarios.
Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and ready for development and QA.
2. UX Prototyping & AI Tools
Create wireframes, UX flows, and interactive prototypes to validate proposed solutions.
Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, Figma, or equivalent AI-powered platforms.
Collaborate with engineering teams to validate the feasibility and usability of proposed designs.
3. Development & QA Coordination
Work closely with frontend, backend, desktop application, and QA teams.
Clarify requirements, break down features into development tasks, and track progress.
Define testable acceptance criteria and scenarios suitable for automated QA.
Validate completed features against approved requirements.
4. Issue Investigation & Root Cause Analysis
Investigate customer-reported issues, reproduce defects, and document expected versus actual behaviour.
Analyse workflows, logs, screenshots, and diagnostic information.
Collaborate with developers to identify root causes, validate fixes, and prevent recurring issues.
5. Product Delivery & Release Management
Own assigned features and enhancements from requirement gathering through production release.
Coordinate development, testing, UAT, deployment, and release readiness.
Identify risks and dependencies early and ensure delivery commitments are met.
6. Customer Communication & Product Demonstrations
Interact directly with customers to understand requirements and communicate progress.
Conduct product demonstrations for customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
Work with sales, customer success, support, engineering, and QA teams to meet customer expectations.
7. Product Improvement & Market Research
Analyse recurring customer issues, feedback, and enhancement requests.
Identify opportunities to improve usability, automation, product reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Research competing products, emerging technologies, and market trends.
Participate in industry events, customer workshops, and product showcases when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Ownership, or Software Delivery.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Good understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
Working knowledge of web applications, APIs, databases, SQL, and software architecture concepts.
Familiarity with application logs, debugging concepts, and API testing tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of delivery outcomes.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required for international customer collaboration and critical releases.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
Exposure to workforce management, workforce analytics, HR technology, BPM, or operations management.
Experience with AI-assisted product development, rapid prototyping, or automated QA scenario design.
Experience supporting enterprise implementations, integrations, or customer-specific enhancements.
Experience working with international customers and cross-functional product teams.
