Job Description
SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications.
The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business requirements and continuous improvement of existing systems are integral parts of the daily workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet evolving business needs.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for enterprise applications.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
