Job Description
SAP CO Management Accounting
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications.
The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements.
The work environment encourages the use of contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies to maintain high performance and adaptability throughout the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial processes and cost controlling within enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience in integrating SAP CO modules with other SAP components to streamline business operations.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
Familiarity with debugging, testing, and optimizing SAP CO related custom developments.
Capability to work within agile development environments and collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
