Principal Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This role will set the strategy and roadmap for a critical digital wallet platform that supports secure value transfer and high-trust transaction experiences. The position will partner closely with engineering, security, and go-to-market teams to shape scalable capabilities that serve institutional needs while balancing adoption, reliability, and risk. You will also help define how the platform evolves for emerging AI-enabled and agentic transaction use cases. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends product vision, technical depth, and executive influence.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $197,500 – $240,833 annually
Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the wallet product strategy and roadmap
Lead customer discovery and validation to inform product decisions
Define strategy for institutional custody and secure wallet capabilities
Shape the agent-ready wallet strategy with scoped permissions and safeguards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable product solutions
Drive platform investments to enhance wallet use cases and reliability
Define success measures for the wallet platform based on adoption and operational metrics
Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience in crypto, fintech, payments, or security-sensitive financial products
Deep expertise in digital wallets, including custodial and non-custodial models and wallet security
Proven success in defining strategy and driving adoption for technical platform products
Strong technical fluency in blockchain infrastructure and transaction lifecycles
Understanding of AI and agentic systems for value transactions
Ability to influence executives and manage tradeoffs across multiple business priorities
