Senior Product Manager (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.
This role will shape product direction for a technology organization serving complex real estate and construction workflows. You will own strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for innovative products while partnering closely with stakeholders to define requirements and align on customer needs. The position calls for a strong blend of market insight, product judgment, and cross-functional leadership to translate research into impactful solutions.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $129,300 – $172,300 annually
Responsibilities
Drive the vision and delivery of innovative products
Develop and communicate product strategy and roadmap
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
Conduct market research to identify user needs
Prioritize product opportunities based on research
Define high-level customer requirements for the end-to-end experience
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure understanding of product needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years in product or services development
Demonstrated leadership skills
Strong communication abilities across all management levels
Experience in product development and competitive analysis
