Residential Interior Designer ( upto 6 LPA)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru, with compensation up to 6 LPA. The Residential Interior Designer will plan and design interior spaces for residential projects, including layout development, material selection, and coordination of finishes and furnishings. Responsibilities include creating design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring design intent is maintained through execution. The role involves meeting clients to understand requirements, translating their preferences into detailed design solutions, and managing project timelines and budgets. The designer will also conduct site visits, oversee installation quality, and ensure that completed spaces are functional, aesthetically cohesive, and aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for residential projects.
Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and ability to coordinate with structural and MEP teams.
Proficiency in creating detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution.
Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, sourcing, and specification.
Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
Strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and understanding of materials, finishes, and color theory.
Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to clients and project stakeholders.
Experience managing residential projects from concept to completion, including vendor and site coordination.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
