📢 WE ARE HIRING | PH BIM MODELER
📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
💼 Experience: 4–8 Years
🏢 Domain: MEP / BIM
We are looking for experienced PH BIM Modelers to join our team in Chennai. Candidates should have strong experience in Public Health BIM modeling, plumbing systems, and drainage design using industry-standard BIM tools.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed Public Health (PH) BIM models using Revit MEP.
Prepare plumbing, drainage, and water supply layouts, sections, and detailed drawings.
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, and other MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free models.
Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards and BIM guidelines.
Support BIM coordination, model reviews, and drawing deliverables.
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP and PH BIM Modeling.
Knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems.
Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Understanding of MEP coordination and clash detection.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
🎯 Experience Required: 4–8 Years
