We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect with strong expertise in architectural modelling and BIM coordination to join our team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings, and schedules.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.
Maintain BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project documentation.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver projects on time.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination.
Experience in architectural modelling and construction documentation.
Understanding of LOD 300/400 and BIM standards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
🎓 Qualification: B.Arch or a relevant architectural qualification.
