Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Copywriter to lead the development of compelling, insight-driven creative ideas across campaigns and platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who combines conceptual thinking with exceptional writing skills and can inspire teams to deliver impactful, award-worthy work while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated creative campaigns across digital, social, print, film, experiential, and emerging platforms.
Develop compelling copy and brand narratives that align with client objectives and brand voice.
Mentor and manage copywriters, providing constructive feedback and fostering creative growth.
Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, Account Management, and Production teams.
Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure creative excellence, consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
Translate consumer insights and business challenges into innovative creative solutions.
Stay current with cultural trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
Support Creative Directors in shaping the department's creative vision and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or creative agencies.
Proven portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and strong conceptual thinking.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience leading creative teams and mentoring junior talent.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically while executing creatively.
Excellent understanding of digital, social, content, and traditional advertising.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
