Freelance Shop drawing proposal

Seeking an individual freelance medical planner or healthcare architect with hospital planning experience for a new nine-storey hospital project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Existing CAD drawings, dimensions, and sketches are available. An architect is already appointed and requires a proposed hospital layout from us.
We need help defining the departmental and room requirements, planning the distribution of departments across nine floors, and developing proposed room layouts and circulation plans. A department list, bed count, and room schedule have not yet been established, so requirements development must be included in your scope.
Deliverables: an agreed planning brief, floor-by-floor departmental zoning, a room and area schedule, and proposed floor plans in editable CAD and PDF for review by our appointed architect.
This commission is for a concept layout proposal. Please identify any assumptions and matters requiring confirmation by our architect.
Individual freelancers only; no agencies or companies. Please provide relevant hospital project samples, your personal role in those projects, experience with Malaysian healthcare projects, availability, estimated timeline, revision allowance and a phased quotation.
