The Nikolai Jump Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, working toward goals, and identifying insurance solutions that meet customers' needs.
In this role, you'll focus on generating new business, learning insurance products, and building strong customer relationships while developing the skills needed for long-term success.
Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is required, along with a demonstrated ability to work toward and achieve performance goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Insurance Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, leads, and referrals
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance policies
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through ongoing communication, service, and policy reviews
- Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth
- Follow up with quotes, prospective customers, and existing clients to identify additional opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, services, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Use CRM tools to organize leads, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer information
- Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, and sales strategy sessions
WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for someone who is driven, professional, open to coaching, and ready to put in the work to achieve results.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Confidence with outbound calls and customer-facing sales conversations
- A goal-oriented approach and willingness to work toward measurable targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply coaching
- A Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred, or willingness to obtain the required license
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
