KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Insurance Producer, your responsibilities will include:
- Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
- Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, service, and policy reviews
- Work toward and achieve individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth
- Stay informed about insurance products, services, and applicable compliance requirements
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions

The ideal candidate will have:
- One or more years of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply coaching
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
