About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. We invite you to help shape the future of agriculture and play a role in safely feeding the world while caring for our planet.
Syngenta's Supply Chain Management team is seeking a Production & Supply Development Program Associate in Greensboro, NC.
The Production & Supply Development Program (PSDP) is a rotational development experience designed to accelerate capability building through challenging assignments, broad business exposure, and cross-functional learning in the areas of Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, and Vegetable Operations.
Through three business-critical rotations over approximately two and a half years, associates develop technical, analytical, and business capabilities while contributing to meaningful work that supports Syngenta's operations. Rotations are shaped by business needs, development goals, and the requirements of the selected track.
PSDP Associates are not observers. Each rotation provides defined responsibilities, a team that depends on your contribution, and opportunities to solve real business challenges while working alongside experienced professionals across the organization.
In addition to rotational experiences, associates receive development support through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and networking opportunities. Through exposure to varied business functions, locations, subject matter experts, and senior leaders, associates build confidence influencing without authority, strengthen their leadership capability, and gain insight into a variety of career paths across the organization.
