Job Description -
Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional resolution of queries.
Investigate and resolve payment-related issues, account discrepancies, rejected payments, and outstanding balances.
Perform vendor account reconciliations and follow up on balance confirmations and outstanding items.
Manage and track cases through to resolution, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Provide accurate information regarding payment and invoice status, processes, and contact channels.
Support invoice processing activities by investigating exceptions and facilitating issue resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and controls.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues.
Adhere to standard operating procedures, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and support operational objectives.
