Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise SaaS applications. This role requires advanced JavaScript/TypeScript expertise, strong full-stack development skills, and experience building scalable, secure, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with distributed engineering teams, lead technical initiatives, and mentor developers.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain complex full-stack web applications.
Build modern single-page applications using React, AngularJS, or Vue.js.
Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend solutions using Node.js and Express.
Lead code reviews, system design, and software engineering best practices.
Implement unit testing, CI/CD, and Agile development processes.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure application performance, security, scalability, and data integrity.
Support legacy application modernization and mentor junior developers.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and full-stack application architecture.
Experience with Agile, Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and test-driven development.
Experience with Docker in Linux or macOS environments.
Experience with NoSQL or MultiValue (PICK) databases.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of software industry experience.
AWS or Azure cloud experience.
Legacy application modernization experience.
Human Capital Management (HCM) industry knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
