Scrub Master Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager) to lead multiple Agile software development teams within a SaaS environment. This role focuses on driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum processes, coaching teams, and ensuring successful software delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, promoting Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Partner with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
Monitor sprint velocity, project milestones, risks, and team performance.
Remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and improve team collaboration.
Drive Agile process improvements and provide regular project status updates.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Scrum Master experience and 5+ years of Agile Project Management experience, preferably within SaaS product development.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
Experience leading multiple Agile teams across different geographic locations.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
