Supports communications and resource updates tied to major Customer Excellence initiatives, including data management and service management platform changes, when Distribution Marketing support is needed.

Supports channel, independent, distributor, regional field, and Inside Sales needs by helping package messages, resources, talk tracks, and follow-up materials that are easy to use.
Supports Inside Sales with campaign follow-up messaging, talk tracks, nurture handoff materials, sales-ready resources, and field communication support.
Gathers feedback from reps, service teams, distributors, Inside Sales, and field leaders to improve marketing resources, reduce adoption barriers, and support better field activation.

Partners with Customer Excellence, Commercial Enablement, Sales, Service, Channel, Product Business Units, and shared services to understand field needs, adoption barriers, and communication gaps.
Coordinates with the Distribution Marketing Operations Specialist to ensure field resources are organized, available, and maintained on the Distribution Extranet.
What You'll Bring
