Role Description The Owner role at Everest Auto Forge Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, operations, and growth, including production planning, quality assurance, and resource management across the forging facility. This role includes managing key client relationships, negotiating major contracts, and guiding long-term investments and partnerships. The Owner leads senior teams, sets performance targets, ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations, and drives innovation in manufacturing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities also include financial oversight, risk management, and making high-impact decisions that support sustainable expansion and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Solid business management capabilities, including strategic planning, financial oversight, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
Industry knowledge in manufacturing or metal forging, with familiarity with aluminum forging processes, quality standards, and relevant safety regulations.
Proficiency in operations management, covering production scheduling, supply chain coordination, vendor management, and process optimization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal leadership.
Ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make informed decisions that balance operational demands with long-term growth objectives.
Experience in business development and market expansion, including identifying new opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; prior ownership or senior executive experience in manufacturing is highly beneficial.
