Senior HSE Specialist

Role Description The Owner role at Liamgo Mobile App is a part-time remote position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous improvement of the platform. Day-to-day tasks include defining business goals, tracking key performance metrics, and coordinating with designers, developers, marketers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations. The Owner will manage budgets and resources, supervise feature rollouts and product updates, and help build strategic partnerships that support marketplace growth. This role also involves refining the service categories offered, improving user experience based on feedback, and ensuring that policies and workflows promote safety, reliability, and scalability. The Owner will represent Liamgo in external conversations, support fundraising or investor relations when applicable, and maintain a strong focus on delivering value to both customers and providers.
Qualifications
Experience in product ownership or startup leadership, including setting vision, defining roadmaps, and overseeing digital marketplace or mobile app operations.
Background in business management or entrepreneurship, with skills in budgeting, resource planning, and performance analysis.
Knowledge of platform or marketplace dynamics, including customer acquisition, provider onboarding, and service quality assurance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote, cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to analyze data, interpret user feedback, and make informed decisions that drive growth and improve user experience.
Comfort with technology tools used for project management, analytics, customer support, and remote collaboration.
Prior experience in on-demand services, local marketplaces, or related industries is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in leading or scaling a business is highly valued.
