About PU Prime
PU Prime is a regulated global CFD broker serving clients in 190+ countries. We are expanding our Cambodia business and are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base, IB network, and trading business.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and strategic partners.
Acquire new clients and increase trading activity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
Drive monthly Net Deposit, trading volume, and revenue targets.
Monitor partner performance and identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with Marketing and Senior Management to support market growth.
Requirements
Mandatory 1–3 years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
Existing network of IBs, Affiliates, or active clients in Cambodia.
Proven sales performance with the ability to provide the last 3 months' business records.
Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, and partnership business models.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently remotely.
Fluent in English and Khmer.
