Key Responsibilities

Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the digital landscape.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics, etc.).
Proven track record of driving successful performance marketing campaigns.
