Location: Saket, Delhi (Onsite)
Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
Portfolio Development: Create and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital content.
Platform Expertise: Stay updated on social media trends and platform-specific creative formats to enhance audience engagement.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
Motion Graphics & Animation: Utilize motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools to enhance design projects when necessary.
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in social media design, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media campaigns, branding, and digital content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a PR, social media, branding, or integrated marketing agency.
Proven ability to handle multiple brands and manage client-facing projects.
Understanding of performance marketing creatives and content optimization.
