About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Design Specialist who can design modern, visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current web design trends, UI/UX principles, and website performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive, and mobile-first websites that align with current design trends.
- Create user-friendly interfaces and engaging digital experiences using UI/UX best practices.
- Develop website layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Work with modern design styles such as minimalist layouts, bold typography, micro-interactions, and interactive elements.
- Use AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure website designs are optimized for mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.
- Collaborate with developers, content creators, and digital marketing teams to deliver high-quality websites.
- Maintain brand consistency across websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize designs for accessibility, usability, SEO-friendly structure, and overall user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive web design.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage.
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or other website-building platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of modern design systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and website optimization techniques.
- Strong creativity, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing website designs and UI/UX projects.
