Third-Party Risk Management Specialist (Outsourcing & ICT)

MFP, a member of the Mellon Group, is seeking a professional for the position of Third-Party Risk Management Specialist, on behalf of a major financial institution based in Nea Ionia, Athens.
Role Description:
Key responsibilities:
Review and support the proper development of all the documents required for the completion of the service analysis phase of third-party arrangements, including outsourcing and ICT third-party arrangements
Review the assessment and coordinate the onboarding and periodic monitoring of third-party arrangements
Provide facilitation and advice to Business Units, Greek & International Subsidiaries and other stakeholders in the process
Actively participate in all related activities, ensuring alignment with the applicable regulatory requirements (EBA GLs/DORA)
Prepare and submit reports and presentations. Handle and support the accurate completion and maintenance of the relevant tools
Prepare risk indicators and monitoring reports, track pending actions and follow up with the relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Relevant professional experience in banking, consultancy, or another relevant field
A Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, or another relevant field
Experienced in Risk and Compliance fields and skills related to third-party risk management areas
Proficient in MS Office
Fluency in English
Familiariity with AI tools and their practical application in a professional environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, agility, a collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and priorities
