Requirements:
12+ years of overall experience with 3+ years of onsite experience.
Strong expertise in .NET, .NET Core, C#, and Blazor (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based UI frameworks.
Experience with REST APIs, unit testing, and enterprise application modernization.
Knowledge of application performance, security, and scalable software development.
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Cursor.
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
