Role: Jr Project /Business Analyst
Jr Project /Business Analyst to support its global HR transformation program. The role involves maintaining project plans, timelines, dashboards, risk/issue logs, and status reports using Monday.com. The analyst will coordinate with HR, IT, global stakeholders, and external partners to track milestones, prepare leadership updates, and support data migration, cutover planning, and deployment readiness.
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of Business Analysis or Project Management, or PMO experience.
Hands-on Monday.com experience is required
Experience with Smartsheet or Asana is a plus.
Strong dashboard, reporting, workflow automation, and documentation skills.
Experience supporting large-scale programs with cross-functional or global teams.
Bachelor’s degree required.
HR system implementation experience is a plus, not mandatory.
