The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Documentation Specialist to manage mortgage documentation, verify financing records, coordinate with lenders, and ensure loan files meet applicable requirements. The successful candidate will support accurate processing, timely approvals, and compliance with UAE mortgage and lending procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and verify mortgage applications and supporting documentation.
Check customer identification, income statements, credit records, and property documents.
Ensure mortgage files meet lender requirements and internal quality standards.
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, property developers, and legal teams.
Review loan offers, financing agreements, repayment terms, and approval conditions.
Track documentation status and follow up on outstanding requirements.
Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and arrange corrections.
Maintain organized electronic records and confidential customer information.
Support property valuation, title verification, and mortgage registration documentation.
Monitor application progress and coordinate timely submission and disbursement.
Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations, data protection, and document retention policies.
Prepare documentation reports and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in mortgage processing, loan documentation, or banking operations.
Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, credit procedures, and property financing.
Familiarity with UAE lending requirements and banking practices.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Accuracy and completeness of mortgage files.
Timely submission of loan documentation.
