Job Summary
Commissioning SME – Data Center (15–20 yrs) Lead end-to-end commissioning for multiple DC buildings totaling 400 MW. Manage a large commissioning team (100–150 managers), oversee execution strategy, system integration, testing, and handover. Experience in liquid cooling and dry cooler systems preferred.
Project Manager – Data Center MEP Fit-Out (20–25 yrs) Lead delivery of a 48 MW/large-scale data center building including MEP fit-out, execution, and overall commissioning. Strong leadership in MEP systems, stakeholder coordination, and commissioning management required.
Planning Manager – Data Center Projects (10–15 yrs) Drive planning, scheduling, and project controls for large-scale data center developments. Expertise in Primavera P6, progress monitoring, reporting, analysis, and project control systems required.
Principal Project Director – Data Center Development (25+ yrs) Provide overall leadership for hyperscale data center campus developments up to 1 GW. Responsible for client management, stakeholder coordination, project delivery strategy, and execution oversight. Strong DC project experience is essential.
Core Team Planner – Large-Scale DC Development (15–20 yrs) Lead integrated planning and controls for multi-location hyperscale data center developments. Manage Primavera P6 scheduling, reporting, forecasting, and project control for large-scale CSA and MEP works.
SME – Mechanical (15–20 yrs) Lead mechanical systems execution and commissioning for hyperscale data centers with liquid cooling and dry cooler infrastructure. Expertise in HVAC, cooling systems, and mechanical integration required.
SME – Electrical (15–20 yrs) Lead electrical systems delivery for large-scale data centers including UPS, DGs, batteries, panels, switchboards, skids, and DFMA systems. Responsible for execution, integration, and commissioning.
SME – ELV/BMS (15–20 yrs) Lead ELV and BMS systems integration and commissioning for hyperscale data centers. Expertise in low-voltage systems, controls integration, monitoring platforms, and complex DC environments required.
CSA SME (15–20 yrs) Lead CSA construction activities for large DC campuses including PEB structures, external developments, substations, trenches, roads, and utility infrastructure. Strong construction management experience required.
Design Manager – Data Center (15–20 yrs) Manage end-to-end design coordination across MEP and CSA disciplines. Collaborate with internal and external consultants using ACC platforms to ensure design integration and project delivery.
Design Director – Hospitality & Mixed Use (12–15 yrs) Lead design management for large mixed-use developments including luxury hotels, convention centers, and retail projects. Strong hospitality design leadership experience required.
Interior Director – Hospitality Fit-Outs (15–20 yrs) Lead interior fit-out delivery for premium hospitality projects. Expertise in luxury hotel interiors, stakeholder management, and execution of high-end hospitality environments required.
Planning Manager – Mixed Use Development (15–18 yrs) Lead planning and project controls for mixed-use developments. Strong Primavera expertise with experience in hospitality, retail, and large integrated developments preferred.
