Media Buyer (Dental Marketing)

Overview
Our client is looking for a Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist) to manage and optimize paid social campaigns for local dental practices across the US. In this role, you will lead lead generation efforts across a high volume of Meta ad accounts, working alongside client success and appointment setting teams to ensure clicks translate into real patient bookings. It is an ideal opportunity for a data-driven marketer comfortable operating at scale in a fast-paced agency setting.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm PST with one hour of unpaid break
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns for local business clients
Manage a portfolio of up to 40 client ad accounts simultaneously
Analyze campaign performance data and make strategic adjustments to maximize lead generation
Collaborate with the client success and appointment setting teams to align ad performance with client outcomes
Stay current with Meta platform updates, best practices, and local advertising trends
Requirements
Must-have requirements
Proven experience running Meta ads for local businesses such as dental offices, chiropractors, or home service companies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly
Experience managing high volumes of ad accounts in a fast-paced agency setting
Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance across multiple accounts
Portfolio demonstrating successful local lead generation campaigns
Nice-to-have requirements
Bonus if you have experience specifically with dental or healthcare client advertising on Meta
It helps if you have worked within an agency managing 30+ ad accounts simultaneously
Bonus if you are familiar with integrating Meta lead ads with CRM or appointment booking workflows
