Shift In-charge (Senior Executive)

We're hiring: Shift In-Charge (Senior Executive) — Production | CMH Laboratories | Pashamylaram, Telangana
CMH Laboratories is a GMP pharmaceutical company manufacturing API intermediates and KSMs. As we scale up production, we're looking for 2 experienced Shift In-Charges to run our plant floor.
What you'll do:
- Lead and supervise a production shift, driving batches to plan safely and on time
- Own GMP compliance on the floor — ensure operations follow approved BMRs/SOPs
- Coordinate manpower, equipment and material readiness for each shift
- Troubleshoot process issues in real time and escalate appropriately
- Maintain batch documentation and support QA during reviews and audits
- Enforce safety discipline across every operation on your shift
What we're looking for:
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- 5–8 years in an API / Bulk drug / Intermediates manufacturing plant
- Hands-on experience running reactors and downstream equipment at scale
- Strong grasp of GMP, documentation discipline and plant safety
- Ability to lead a team and stay calm under production pressure
This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing company where you'll have real ownership of the floor.
