Role Description
The Gamer at GoTuff is a full-time remote role focused on actively participating in the GoTuff universe, testing gameplay features, and providing structured feedback to improve player experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include playing in combat arenas, exploring social locations, engaging with in-game characters, and documenting observations on performance, balance, and user experience. The Gamer will collaborate with the community and internal teams via chat and voice channels, participate in organized events and eSports-style competitions, and help identify issues, bugs, and opportunities for new content or features. This role also involves supporting player onboarding through informal guidance, sharing strategies, and contributing to content such as tips, guides, or feedback reports to help refine GoTuff’s gameplay and social systems.
Qualifications
Strong gaming and eSports experience, with a deep understanding of competitive play and online multiplayer environments.
Analytical skills to evaluate game mechanics, identify issues, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams, interacting with players, and reporting insights.
Customer service mindset, with the ability to be patient, respectful, and supportive when engaging with the player community.
Comfort working fully remote, with reliable internet access and the ability to maintain a consistent full-time schedule.
Familiarity with PC or console gaming setups and basic troubleshooting of common technical issues.
Experience in community management, content creation, or streaming is a plus.
Passion for virtual worlds, social gaming, and exploring new interactive experiences.
