🎯 Key Responsibilities

Monitor underwriting support, policy administration, claims processing, and customer service operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations, internal policies, and industry standards across relevant jurisdictions.

Work closely with underwriting, claims, finance, legal, risk management, and technology teams to strengthen cross-functional coordination.

Analyze operational data, financial indicators, and service performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, third-party administrators, service providers, and other industry partners.

Present operational results, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior executives and relevant stakeholders.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
Extensive experience in insurance operations, business management, or financial services leadership.
Proven track record of managing complex operations across multiple regions or international markets.
Strong understanding of insurance processes, including policy administration, claims management, underwriting support, and regulatory compliance.
Experience developing operational strategies, managing budgets, and improving business performance.
Knowledge of operational risk management, internal controls, and insurance industry regulations.
