TaprConnect is self-funded by its founding members. There is no salary until the company is funded or earns enough to pay one. You'll receive real shares from day one, under a founders' agreement with vesting. Nobody sets your hours; you choose what you take on. If you want a steady salary, this isn't for you. What we're building
An AI workspace that brings a team's tools and knowledge together. People get answers, produce work and take action safely, all in one place. It's built for businesses that demand trust, security and control. We're pre-launch, and much of the platform is already built.
What you'll do
• Own major features end to end, from architecture to production.
• Raise the bar on security, reliability and performance across the stack.
• Shape the product, the technical direction and the engineering culture as a founding owner.
What we demand
• 5+ years shipping production software: TypeScript, React or Next.js, Node, and PostgreSQL.
• A real product you built, with real users. Paying users are a plus. Show it, and explain what you built.
• Proven depth in at least three of: authentication and security, multi-tenant SaaS, payments, AI or LLM integration, third-party integrations, cloud and edge infrastructure.
• Testing discipline. Nothing ships without evidence.
• The ability to work alone. You work asynchronously, write clearly and finish what you start.
• Strong plus: founder or very early startup experience, scaling a product, or open-source work.
