At AERINA, we’re developing autonomous harvesting systems for the palm oil industry, aiming to improve harvesting efficiency and reduce reliance on manual labour.
We’re looking for a Plantation Operations Advisor with hands-on industry knowledge who can help us understand real-world harvesting practices and ensure our technology meets the needs of plantation operations.
What you will be working on:
Operational Analysis: guide us on harvesting workflows, existing practices, and key field challenges.
Expert Consultation: Advise our team on operational priorities and practical requirements for plantation environments.
Product Development: Collaborate with our technology team to translate field expertise into actionable requirements for our harvesting systems.
What skills are important for us:
Strong knowledge of oil palm harvesting and day-to-day plantation operations.
Ability to explain operational challenges and provide practical recommendations.
Interest in working with a technology team developing robotics, AI, and automation solutions.
Fluent English communication skills.
Experience in agricultural technology is a plus
