Role Description The Information Technology Services Freelancer or Agency Partner will collaborate with IntellGlobal.com to deliver high-quality IT solutions and support. Day-to-day work may include assessing client requirements, proposing and implementing technical solutions, managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure project success. Partners may also contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices for IT service delivery. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular presence at client or company locations to engage directly with teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience delivering professional IT services as a freelancer or agency partner, including project-based or ongoing support engagements.
Strong technical foundation in one or more areas such as infrastructure management, software implementation, networking, systems administration, cloud services, or cybersecurity.
Ability to analyze client needs, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven reliability in meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects, and maintaining high standards of service quality and documentation.
Familiarity with industry best practices, IT service management frameworks, and collaborative tools used for project coordination and reporting.
Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility to engage in client meetings, workshops, and team sessions as needed.
Relevant professional certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are beneficial.
Experience partnering with organizations in a B2B context and the ability to operate in a gender-neutral, inclusive, and non-discriminatory manner.
