· Identify opportunities through ongoing customer engagement.
· Build business cases, value statements, and measurable outcomes.
· Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment.
AI Program Leadership & Execution
· Coordinate execution across multiple AI initiatives and stakeholders.
· Align delivery teams, specialists, and customer resources.
· Maintain momentum and accountability from concept through realization.
Customer Leadership
· Develop trusted relationships with business and executive stakeholders.
· Maintain regular customer engagement and visibility.
· Act as the primary interface between the customer and the wider IFS.ai organisation.
Industry AI Expertise
· Deep understanding of Industrial AI within Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence.
· Experience engaging with business and executive stakeholders.
· Ability to discuss AI Strategy, Agentic AI, Industrial AI Use Cases, and AI Operating Models.
Strategic Thinking
· Translate business objectives into long-term AI roadmaps.
· Identify emerging opportunities and convert them into measurable outcomes.
· Connect strategy, prioritization, and execution into a cohesive plan.
Value Engineering
· Build value cases and measurable business outcomes.
· Define success measures and realization plans.
· Track and communicate realized value over time.
Program Leadership & Executive Presence
· Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
· Build trusted advisor relationships with senior customer leaders.
