Role Description The Physics Teacher will deliver clear, concept-based classroom instruction for students, using structured lesson plans aligned with the institute’s curriculum and exam requirements. Daily responsibilities include explaining theoretical concepts, solving numerical problems, demonstrating applications of physics, assigning and checking homework, and conducting doubt-clearing sessions. The teacher will prepare and update teaching materials, design and review tests, analyze student performance, and provide feedback to support continuous improvement. Collaboration with other faculty members to maintain academic standards and participate in parent or guardian interactions is expected. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna.
Qualifications
Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics and Physics Education, with the ability to explain complex ideas in an accessible way.
Competence in Mathematics to support physics problem-solving and numerical analysis.
Experience with Lesson Planning and structured curriculum delivery in a classroom or coaching environment.
Proven Teaching skills, including classroom management, student engagement, and assessment design.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field; formal teacher training or B.Ed. is an advantage.
Ability to communicate clearly in English and local language as needed, and to adapt teaching methods to varied learning levels.
Previous experience in competitive exam coaching (e.g., board exams, engineering or medical entrance tests) is preferred.
