The Role
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Content Officer, who leads creative direction and programming across HardScope's channels. You’ll be the CCO’s right hand day to day: managing their calendar, protecting their time, and keeping decisions moving across a busy creative team, marketing team, and content studio.
This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants a front-row seat to how a modern media company makes creative decisions and develops content for YouTube-native audiences.
What You’ll Do
Own the Chief Content Officer’s calendar: schedule and prioritize meetings, resolve conflicts and protect focus time
Triage incoming requests and route them to the right people so the CCO only gets what needs their attention
Prep for meetings: build agendas, pull materials together and track decisions and follow-ups
Keep creative reviews and approvals on schedule across projects
Coordinate with producers, designers, editors and external partners
Handle travel, expenses, events and meetings in NYC and beyond
Take on special projects and operational tasks as the team grows
Who You Are
1–3 years of experience in an assistant, coordinator, operations or similar role
Very organized and detail-oriented
A clear, concise communicator in writing and in person
Calm and resourceful when priorities shift
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Discord and project tools like Monday.com
Interested in creator culture, media or entertainment
Nice to Have
Experience in media, entertainment, an agency or a startup
Familiarity with content production and/or marketing workflows
