Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Animation Specialist role based in Erode. The Animation Specialist will design and produce 2D animations and motion graphics for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal projects. Responsibilities include developing concepts, creating storyboards, preparing graphic elements, and ensuring consistent visual quality across all deliverables. The role involves collaborating with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into clear visual narratives and meeting project timelines. The Animation Specialist will also refine animations based on feedback, maintain organized asset libraries, and stay current with animation trends and tools.
Qualifications
Strong skills in 2D Animation and Animation for digital content and visual storytelling.
Ability to create and refine Graphics and Motion Graphics for various media formats.
Experience in Storyboarding, from concept sketches to detailed visual sequences.
Proficiency with industry-standard animation and design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of composition, color, typography, and timing in animation.
Ability to work on-site in Erode, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant animation and motion graphics work.
Diploma or degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
