Appointment Setter (High-Ticket Sales)

Australia's largest football agency is hiring. Elite Football Agency is looking for driven appointment setters to join our sales team, with a clear path to becoming a closer.

Preferably based in Australia. Fully Remote. Part time or Full time - your choice.
Selling high ticket services to parents for their sons/daughters. Prices can vary from $2,000-$8,000 and soon 100k+
Experience is required.
Knowledge about football (soccer) is a huge plus. If you know the game, it's easier to build rapport.
💰 Initial Commission structure:
SETTERS: $2k retainer + $200 for each appt set that leads to a sale.
CLOSERS: $2.5k retainer + $700 for each close.
Growth Path:
📈 Strong performers move into a closing role within as little as two months.
📈 Closers have the potential to earn $10,000–$30,000/month.
Requirements:
✅ Strong communication skills. Charisma.
✅ Humble, minimum ego, hungry to grow.
✅ Tech-savvy enough to handle basic CRM tasks
