Plaintiff's Employment Attorney

We’re looking for a plaintiff’s employment lawyer who actually wants to try cases.
Not just manage a docket. Not just negotiate settlements. Litigate. Take on tough cases. Take the depositions. Prepare for trial. And fight for people who deserve better.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has at least 5 years of legal experience, including at least 2 years representing plaintiffs.
Genuinely enjoys litigation and wants to be in the courtroom, not just talk about getting there.
Is a serious workhorse who takes ownership, prepares relentlessly, and follows through.
Wants to build meaningful cases, deliver real justice for clients, and earn well by doing excellent work.
Understands that quality beats quantity — in cases, strategy, and the people we hire.
