Instagram Account Manager & Content Creator (Faceless Pages)

About the role
We’re a fast-growing startup looking for one person to run our Instagram accounts end to end, especially faceless pages. You’ll plan, create, post, track and grow the accounts, using AI tools to move fast. You’ll own the results.
What you’ll do
Run and grow multiple Instagram accounts, including faceless ones
Cross-post and manage the Facebook Page and Reels
Plan the content calendar and decide what to post and when
Make Instagram Reels, short videos, carousels and graphics
Write hooks, captions and scripts that stop the scroll
Use AI tools for video, voiceover, scripting and design
Track reach, retention and follower growth, then double down on what works
Spot trends, formats and audio early
What you must have
3+ years running Instagram accounts, with proof of growth
Experience growing faceless or niche Instagram pages
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci or similar)
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop or Figma)
Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen or similar)
Deep understanding of the Instagram algorithm, Reels and hooks
Working knowledge of Facebook Pages and Meta Business Suite
Strong written English
Self-driven and comfortable owning results
Nice to have
Experience taking a page from 0 to 100K+ followers
Knowledge of Meta Ads
