We are looking for a Home-Based AR/AP Data Entry Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the transportation and logistics industry. In this role, you will support the company's day-to-day accounting operations by accurately recording vendor invoices, preparing weekly check runs, invoicing clients upon order completion, and following up on collections. You will play a key role in keeping financial records clean and up to date, resolving account discrepancies, and supporting the Executive Team with year-end financial reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Accounts Payable Processing
Entering all vendor invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks
Preparing weekly check runs based on cash flow
Accounts Receivable
Invoicing all clients upon order completion
Making collection contacts on a routine basis
Issuing past-due notices and statements
Royalty entry and submissions
Assist with year-end financial statements
Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions
Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Very proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations).
Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Familiarity with Syncore or other order management/ERP systems is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience in logistics, freight, or transportation accounting is a plus but not required.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 55,000 - 59,000
