Role Overview
We’re looking for a *Senior UX Designer* to shape and enhance the user experience across the Innerwise app and website. You will translate complex wellness concepts into simple, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences, working closely with product, design, and development teams to build a cohesive ecosystem that supports users in their everyday wellness journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- *App & Website Experience:* Lead UX design across the Innerwise mobile app and website, ensuring seamless, consistent, and user-friendly experiences across platforms.
- *User Journeys & Flows:* Design and optimise user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for key features and experiences.
- *Product Design:* Translate product requirements into thoughtful, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that simplify complex information and encourage meaningful engagement.
- *Design Systems:* Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across the platform.
- *Collaboration:* Work closely with product managers, developers, content teams, and other stakeholders to align user needs with business goals and technical feasibility.
- *Testing & Iteration:* Validate design solutions through usability testing, analyse feedback, and continuously improve the experience.
- *End-to-End Ownership:* Take ownership of the design process from discovery and concept development to high-fidelity design, developer handoff, and post-launch improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably working on digital products across mobile and web.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, problem-solving, user-centred thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating complex requirements into clear design solutions.
- Ability to balance user needs, product goals, and technical constraints.
- Strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
- Experience designing products in wellness, healthcare, mental health, lifestyle, or other behaviour-focused domains.
- Experience designing conversational interfaces, AI-powered experiences, or chatbot-led journeys.
